Knowledge and Experience with Probates
I have been involved in probate property and trust sales in Southern California for over 25 years, and have successfully closed numerous probate transactions, from simple to complex. I have had probate listings all over Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange Counties, including apartment buildings, flats, condos and single-family properties. I am very familiar with all probate, trust and conservator procedures.
Awards and Associations
Lou Woolf is a member of Coldwell Banker’s prestigious “International President’s Circle”, a member of the company’s Estates division, “Previews” as well as a member of the President’s Advisory Council. In addition to his experience as an agent, Lou was the Director of Acquisitions for Empire Properties and the co-founder of Home Run Management, music management company. He is currently on the Board of Directors for One Israel Humanitarian Fund, the Board of Directors for the Lightheart Foundation, and actively supports the charity, New Horizons, and Lou has been a member of the Encino Chamber of Commerce for 14 years.
Lou has been featured in numerous publications, including Entertainment Weekly, LA Magazine and Ruth Ryon’s/LA Times “Hot Properties” column. Lou contributed to the NBC series, “Celebrity Homes and Hide-A-Ways”, which is broadcast in 54 countries and 7 language.
